Description: The Greenville City Economic Development Corporation (GCEDC) is seeking the professional services of an experienced firm to develop a business plan for the Corporation based on the Economic Development Strategic Plan adopted by the City of Greenville in 2022. This strategic plan identified seven key goals for economic development. As the new 501(c)3 corporation designed to be the economic development arm for the City of Greenville, GCEDC must now develop a plan that addresses how the corporation will contribute to each of the seven goal areas.
