The City of Lockport will receive sealed bids for the 2025 Manhole Rehabilitation project. This project includes several tasks: pre-construction televising, manhole cleaning, post-construction televising, preparation of manhole repair reports, manhole lining, installation of internal chimney seals, repair or replacement of manhole benches, grouting of manholes, adjustments to frames, site restoration, and any necessary appurtenances. Additionally, all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project all in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Documents for the 2025 Manhole Rehabilitation (25-119). Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the Plan, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Technical Specifications and Details of this document.

Prequalification: The approved manhole lining system for this project is OBIC, LLC. All work must be performed by firms and individuals who are trained and certified in the manufacturer's installation methods, and who possess a minimum of five years of work experience with the manufacturer's products.
