NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Modesto, County of Stanislaus, State of California (“City”), will receive electronic sealed Bids (each, a “Bid”) from qualified Bidders (each, a “Bidder”) for the furnishing of Rockwell Rejuvenation Services equipment, materials, supplies and/or related services (the “Services”) for the City of Modesto, Utilities Department, Wastewater Division.

Background

The Wastewater Division is responsible for planning the installation of new Rockwells and maintain existing Rockwells in order to help mitigate flooding during storms.
