NOTICE TO BIDDERS

FOR

FY2026 Water/Sewer System Supplies

The Village of Lombard is now accepting sealed bid proposals for FY2026 Water/Sewer System

Supplies.

Bid proposals must be received prior to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026 at the

Department of Public Works, 1051 S. Hammerschmidt Ave., Lombard, Illinois, 60148, marked

"Attention: Carl S. Goldsmith" and at that time publicly opened and read aloud. Each proposal

should be placed in a sealed envelope and the envelope labeled with the bidder's name, address,

bid item name and bid opening location, room number, time, and date. Only sealed bids will be

accepted.

Bid specifications and specific instructions to bidders may be obtained from the Director of

Public Works at the Department of Public Works. All questions concerning the bid document

or specifications must be submitted in writing to the Director of Public Works. A written

response will then be provided to all known bidders and made available to the public. No

interpretations, clarifications or addenda will be issued after three (3) working days prior to the

scheduled bid opening.

The Village of Lombard reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all technicalities

or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Village.
