Bid Title:	Request for Bids: 2025 Manhole Rehabilitation Project

Description: The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of existing manholes within the City’s sewer collection system. Packets may be hand-delivered to City of Siloam Springs, Public Works Department, 1000 E Ashley St., Siloam Springs, AR 72761. Mailed packets shall be sent to Public Works Administrative Assistant, PO Box 80, Siloam Springs, Arkansas 72761. All bids must be sealed, clearly labeled “2025 Manhole Rehab” bid, and must be delivered to the City by 2:00 p.m. CST on November 25, 2025. A public bid opening will be held on November 25st, 2025, at 2:15 PM CST. The City shall compare the bids and award the contract to the highest qualified, lowest priced bidder if the best interests of the City would be served thereby.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive non-prejudicial irregularities.
