The Village, in accordance with their Quality Based Selection (QBS) procedures, invites qualified engineering consultant firms to respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) per the requirements described herein. Relevant materials concerning this RFQ, including the previously completed Feasibility Study, are available on the Village website at https://www.bensenville.gov/Bids.aspx?BidID=171 . The Village will not be accepting any requests for in-person or virtual meetings or discussions concerning this RFQ after advertisement.
