Technicalquestions shall be directed to Tyler Abbs, Facilities Manager at tabbs@midland-mi.org.Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as “ITB 4623 – WYMAN PUMP STATION FLOODMITIGATION”. Bid submission can be delivered or mailed ATTN: Purchasing to City of Midland, Office of the CityClerk, 333 W. Ellsworth Street, Midland, MI 48640.Non-mandatory (Voluntary) pre-bid meeting will be February 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Midland City Hall 333 W.Ellsworth, Midland, MI 48640. Check-In will be located inside City Hall, 1st Floor. Site tour to follow.A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be requiredwith each bid.Invitation to Bid and all its pages, documents and attachments, including those added subsequently by written notice,submitted and properly executed, shall constitute the contract between the City of Midland and the successful vendorwhen approved and accepted by the City.Bid documents are available for download at Bidnet Direct by SOVRA/MITN Purchasing Group.Registration is required to view and download bid package and specifications; follow link athttps://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contractprovisions 24CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, AffirmativeAction, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of LaborStandards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
