Project Description: HCC seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide Audio/Video Production Rental Services for Special Events. HCC reserves the right to award separate contracts to multiple contractors.
HCC District events are scheduled at external sites, normally with a seating capacity of 1-2,000 and these venues often have an internal AV company. By having a contract with an AV company, the College could save a substantial amount on AV needs. In addition, HCC TV does not have the necessary high-end equipment to support these district events, which is why it is using an external company.
