Description: NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - ZONING CODE REWRITE PROJECT Town of Chino Valley, AZ DESCRIPTION: The Town of Chino Valley is soliciting the services of qualified teams to perform consulting services for a complete rewrite of the Town’s existing Uniform Development Ordinance, returning it to a Zoning Code and a Subdivision Code.  No work is being requested on the Subdivision Code other than separating it from the Zoning Code.  Specific requirements are outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document.
