Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that bids will be received by Whatcom County Administrative Services Finance/Purchasing at their office on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue Suite 503, Bellingham WA 98225 for the following: Lookout Mountain LM 2000 Road Repairs – Sites 1 & 2 at Lookout Mountain Forest Preserve Bellingham, Washington UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, July 1 July 8, 2025 At which time and place the bids will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and read aloud. All bidders and any other interested people are invited to be present at the live bid opening via Zoom, as more completely described herein. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County Parks & Recreation is requesting bids for the Lookout Mountain LM 2000 Road Repairs – Sites 1 & 2 project at Lookout Mountain Forest Preserve, located at 2537 Lake Louise Road, Bellingham, WA. The contractor will provide all materials and labor necessary to repair the road, legally dispose of all waste material, leave the site in a condition suitable for vehicular traffic, and other work as further described in the bid documents.
