Project Description

Title:	Palm Bay Service Center - Public Works Restroom Renovations

Listing Information/Advertisement:

The District’s Palm Bay Service Center is located at 525 Community College Parkway SE in Palm Bay, Florida. The Palm Bay Public Works building includes two multi-user restrooms with shower areas that were built in 2000 and are showing significant signs of wear and tear, including deteriorated grout, tiles and fixtures that are all in need of replacement. The selected Contractor shall provide and furnish all materials, labor, supervision, and equipment necessary to renovate these restrooms as described in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment A). The anticipated project completion date is May 30, 2025.

A Mandatory On-site Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for February 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM, at:

The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to view the project area and to discuss the requirements of this solicitation. Participation is required to be eligible to submit a response to this solicitation.
