REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PROPOSALS FOR THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, AND PROGRAMMING OF EQUIPMENT FOR WATER TREATMENT PLANTS SCADA UPGRADE

The City of Saint Peter, Department of Public Works – Water Utility is requesting formal written proposals for the purchase, installation, and programming of the following to complete an upgrade to the SCADA system at both the Broadway Water Plant and the Saint Julien Water Plant:

Specifications include: Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) computer, workstations, touch screens and operating systems. Assorted software upgrades and licenses, alarm software, and server, set up and configuration. Apple iPad, backup dialer and bidding requirements.
