Project Description: The Transit Authority of River City (TARC) is seeking qualified and experienced Contractors to provide fence and automatic gate opening replacement/repair and continued services under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The purpose of this project is to ensure the ongoing maintenance, repair, and replacement of fences and automatic gate openers across TARC facilities, supporting the preservation and integrity of TARC’s security.
Services will include but are not limited to automatic gate installation and repair, fence installation and repair and continuing services. Contractors shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation required to perform the work in compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
This IDIQ contract offers TARC a scalable solution for scheduled and unscheduled security gate and fence requirements. By utilizing task-based orders, TARC can efficiently manage varying project sizes and urgent needs throughout the contract term.
TARC seeks and intends to award a single vendor Fixed-Price contract with Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity for a term of 3 years with an option to exercise one (1) additional two (2) year term for a total of 5 years to the highly qualified professional firm(s) and best value proposal.
