Description: The City of Portland, Texas (“City”) hereby issues this Request for Bid (“RFB”). The City is seeking Bids from firms interested in purchasing a 2014 Dodge Charger, 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe, 1937 Vicky Limousine. The City intends to enter into a Sales Agreement (also referred to herein as a “Contract” or “Agreement”) for this purchase. The Bid and all the required documentation must be submitted in one sealed envelope or package bearing the title “SEALED BID – RFB 6578 Sale of Surplus Vehicles Charger, Tahoe and Limousine” on the outside of the package as well as the Bidder’s name, address, and contact information.
