Notes	PUBLIC NOTICE PROFESSIONAL AUDIT SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF WEST DES MOINES AND THE WESTCOM DISPATCH CENTER CITY OF WEST DES MOINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE Electronic proposals will be received by the City of West Des Moines, Iowa on or before 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, for the following: Proposal Item: Professional Audit Services for The City of West Des Moines and WestCom Dispatch Center Firms shall submit their proposal electronically at https://wdm.ionwave.net, named: "Request for Professional Audit Services for the City of West Des Moines and WestCom Dispatch Center.” For any additional questions, interested firms should contact Finance Director Tim Stiles at tim.stiles@wdm.iowa.gov. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposal on a per unit basis and waive irregularities and technicalities as determined to be in the best interest of said City. A mandatory February 18, 2025, pre-proposal conference will be held promptly at 10:00 AM at 4200 Mills Civic Parkway, the West Des Moines City Hall. All interested CPA Firms are encouraged to attend, either in person or virtually. If interested in the virtual option, contact Director Stiles at the email address listed above. This will be the only pre-proposal conference.
