Description

The Iowa DNR, the USFWS, and the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation are seeking quotes for native seed for the 2026 planting season to establish an Agency Specific Contract. Please provide quotes for all available species (seed), including those that require FULL SUN, PARTIAL SHADE, and FULL SHADE. Please note that all prices are to be listed as per pound of PLS seed available and must include the shipping cost in the price. Prices will be guaranteed for the timeframe of January 16, 2026 to June 30, 2026. All species are to be from Iowa Zone 1 or Counties adjacent as listed below and located on the attached map. Any species source that originates outside of these noted Counties will not be accepted unless approved by Iowa DNR staff. All specifications, the cost proposal sheet, and bid submissions are available exclusively through the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System and must be downloaded and submitted via the IMPACS link below.
