Scope	The County intends to enter into a contract with a single qualified Contractor to provide and install a cloud-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), with technical support and maintenance. The Project Implementation Period begins upon contract execution, and the County requires that the LIMS system be fully operational no later than December 2027. Due dates listing the number of days refers to business days unless otherwise indicated throughout this RFP.
