The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for new groundwater production Wells 311, 319, and 320. Services will include design and possible construction administration and inspection services (CA&I) for Wells 311 and 320, and CA&I for the Well 6A-W319 project, which includes booster pump station (BPS) 8A-B3 and pressure reducing valve station (PRVS) 6A-R2.
