Description: City of Grants Pass Design-Build Project for Addition of Three Storage Units Request for Bid Proposals The City of Grants Pass is soliciting sealed written bid proposals from contractors with expertise and experience providing design and construction services. The deadline for sealed submission in response to this request for bid proposals is Thursday, February 26, 2026, by 3:00 pm local time.  The sealed submittals should be labeled and directed to the following: City of Grants Pass Design-Build for Addition of Three Storage Units Attn:  Karen Frerk, City Recorder Administration Department, Room 205 101 NW “A” Street Grants Pass, Oregon 97526 Facsimile and/or emailed proposals are NOT acceptable. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting on February 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the City of Grants Pass City Yard, located at 650 SE “H” Street. This meeting is mandatory. All bidders will be required to attend and sign-in with a signature on the mandatory pre-bid conference sign-in sheet. Contractors are encouraged to ask questions. Include the following for each reference: -        Name and title -        Company/organization name -        Accurate contact information (direct email address and phone number) Important notes regarding references: -        References must be notified in advance that they may be contacted by City staff via email and/or phone. -        Contact attempts will occur on weekdays February 27, 2026, and March 4, 2026, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. PST. -        The response window for references will be short. -        Evaluation scoring will not be delayed or paused due to a reference’s inability or failure to respond, regardless of reason. References should be instructed to check their spam/junk email folders for messages from City staff.
