Brief Description: MnDOT requests proposals to deliver a detailed preliminary and final geometric layout, and final plan set for project SP 7102-148 that is located on TH 10 in the City of Big Lake and SP 7102-146 that is located on TH 10 from the east termini of SP 7102-148 in Big Lake to 350 feet west of Joplin Avenue in Elk River.
