Project Description: City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants for professional and technical services to support the City’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. Proposers should possess strong qualities in communication, timeliness and competency.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT, on Thursday, April 10, 2025, for the purpose of selecting one or more proposals that evidence the highest level of qualifications and technical competence to provide as-needed SCADA system services.
