Bid Title: Invitation to Bid Dearborn/Livingston/Lester Water Main Replacement
Category: Street, Bridge, Sidewalk, Water and & Sewer Construction Status: Open Description: The City of Missoula requires bidders submit electronic bids as prescribed on the City’s electronic bidding site, www.questcdn.com or www.ci.missoula.mt.us/bids .
This project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: installing approximately 2067 LF of 8-inch Class 350 DIP, 85 LF of 6-inch Class 350 DIP, and 57 LF of 10-inch Class 350 DIP water main in Dearborn Avenue, Livingston Avenue, and Lester Street in Missoula, MT. Connections will be made to existing water mains and fire hydrants will be installed. The existing water services will be swapped and connected to the new mains. Associated appurtenances, fittings, and other items necessary to complete the project are detailed on the construction plans. All restoration of disturbed areas including asphalt, concrete, gravel, landscaping, irrigation, and other miscellaneous work are included.

Prospective Bidders must purchase contract documents through QuestCDN. QuestCDN is a web-based platform for construction project advertisements, bid documents distribution and plan holder lists. Prospective bidders will need the QuestCDN project number (10004790) to locate the job on the QuestCDN website search page. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not purchased contract documents through QuestCDN.

The goals are applicable to the CONTRACTOR’S aggregate on-siteconstruction work force, not merely that part of the work force that is performing work ona federal or federally assisted contract or subcontract. The appropriate goal must beinserted in the blank in the Federal EPA Supplemental General Conditions.
