Overview

Summary

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced agencies to provide creative and advertising production services for GOAA and it's in-house brands including Orlando International Airport (MCO), Orlando Executive Airport (ORL) and Orlando International Airport Fire Rescue (ARFF).

At the direction of GOAA, the primary duty of the Awarded Contractor shall be to provide design concepts for all materials; work with GOAA staff to refine final designs; and to execute printing, production and digital and physical delivery of assets, while providing written estimates for each proposed project.

Background

In 2023, GOAA launched its Strategic Plan, emphasizing priorities in People, Connection, Innovation, and Community. As part of this vision, GOAA introduced a refreshed brand in November 2024, featuring a new logo, a completely rebuilt website, and an innovative app—key steps in enhancing digital services and operational efficiency for passengers and the airport community.

This transformation includes a modernized color palette, updated fonts, and a cohesive design that improves accessibility and elevates the visitor experience. To build on this strong foundation, we seek a qualified creative agency to continue evolving and expanding the brand’s impact.
