Prince Street Project Work Group
This project is a collaboration of Lancaster County Redevelopment Fund (property owner), the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (developer and operator),
Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition partners, and community.
The Coalition is recruiting members for this active work group in the composition of Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition Steering Committee members (2), Coalition
members (2-3), and community members (2) including one person with lived expertise. The Office for the Coalition staff will facilitate the group.
At this time, we anticipate monthly virtual or in person meetings beginning in the Summer 2026 through Spring 2027, then bi-monthly.

Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition’s SteeringCommittee Prince Street Project Work GroupMember ApplicationPROJECT: The Prince Street project aims to meet the needs of unhoused individuals and families by developing32 permanent housing units, 9 transitional housing units, employment and job training center, and acomprehensive service hub. Located at 134-136 S. Prince Street, Lancaster City, the project will begin with sitedemolition in June2026, followed by construction of a two-story facility. The estimated demolition andconstruction of the project is $15M.PURPOSE OF THE WORK GROUP: This project is a collaboration of Lancaster County Redevelopment Fund(property owner), the Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (developer and operator),Lancaster County Homelessness Coalition partners, and community.
