Procurement Notice The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) will award a contract for Toquerville Secondary Water System Pump Station Electrical Upgrade on or after August 31, 2026 as a non-standard procurement because pursuant to rules adopted by the district under Utah Code Section 63G-6a-802, making the award through a standard procurement process would be impractical and not in the best interest of the district, as set forth in the Procurement Statement.
