Notes	The City of Grapevine is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced firms for preparation of a Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan through a quality-based selection process. The desired deliverable is a comprehensive master plan with an accompanying strategic plan to implement the goals and objectives set forth in the master plan. The plan will involve a review of current conditions, a robust public engagement process and a forecast for future needs to guide the Parks and Recreation Department over the next 5 to 10 years. Thank you again for your interest in this important project. PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT There will be no pre-proposal conference. Public bid openings are suspended at this time due to the Service Center closure at 501 Shady Brook Drive. All bid openings will be completed on schedule and witnessed by Purchasing staff to ensure all procurement statutes, policies and state laws are followed.
