Bid Title:	Old Essex Road Culvert Removal Project

Description: Project consists of the removal of an existing 42-inch diameter culvert and a section of Old Essex Road to reestablish the salt marsh that had been intersected by the roadway.  When this project is complete, Old Essex Road will no longer be a through roadway.   Project elements include stream dewatering and bypass pumping, pavement saw cutting, the removal of the existing road surface and the road subbase, removal of the existing culvert, grading and the establishment of stable embankments, procurement and installation of new guard rails, and wetland restoration.
