Bidders are advised that the Contract Documents for the referenced Contract have been amended by Addendum No.  3. A copy of the Addendum may be obtained by contacting Ms. Lisa Bresemann at 973-340-4315 or via email at lbresemann@pvwc.com with  the Purchasing Department of the Commission between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).   The Bidders will be provided with a copy of the Contract Documents via email. Bidders who have already been issued the Contract Documents by the Owner will also be forwarded a copy of the Addendum.

TIME EXTENSION FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS

This addendum changes the date for receipt of Bids to Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
