Crane & Hoist Inspections

The Town of Killingly, Connecticut (“Town”) invites sealed proposals from qualified, licensed, and certified contractors to provide Hoist and Crane Inspection, Testing, Maintenance Review, and Related Compliance Services for municipal facilities, including the Killingly Water Pollution Control Facility (KWPCF), pump stations, maintenance garages, and other Town-owned properties. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that all hoists, cranes, lifting devices, slings, hooks, chains, and associated lifting equipment are properly inspected, load tested where required, documented, and maintained in full compliance with applicable OSHA regulations, ASME standards (including ASME B30 series), State of Connecticut requirements, and insurance carrier requirements.
