Description: CITY OF LAWRENCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS MAYOR’S HEALTH TASK FORCE RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL The City of Lawrence, Office of Planning and Development Department as the awarding authority, seeks sealed proposals from experienced qualified Resource Development professionals to successfully pursue and obtain grant funds for the City of Lawrence Mayor’s Health Task Force (MHTF). Proposal packages will be available beginning Thursday February 19, 2026, on the city’s website http://bids.cityoflawrence.com/ . Proposals must be received by 3:00pm, Monday, March 2, 2026, at the Office of the City Clerk, 200 Common Street, Room 107, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be publicly recorded. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
