RFQ - FS90 & District 3 Youth Center ProjectPROJECT SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The purpose of the proposed project is to expand and enhance essential public safety and youth development services within the City of Brentwood and greater East Contra Costa County region. The project is a collaboration between the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District and Contra Costa County to build two separate public-service facilities on a vacant 4.68-acre site. The project seeks to construct Fire Station No. 90 (FS90) to improve emergency response capacity and coverage, and the District 3 Youth Center (D3YC) to provide comprehensive, community-driven programs and services intended for local youth ages 12-18. Both the Fire Station No. 90 and District 3 Youth Center facilities are needed to strengthen public safety, health, and community well-being in a rapidly growing area.StatusAccepting Bids
