Bid Title:	Fire Recovery and Rebuild Consulting Services

Description: The City of Malibu is interested in contracting with highly qualified consulting firms to provide development services as part of a Fire Recovery and Rebuild Team (Rebuild Team). The Rebuild Team will be staffed by City Public Works Department and Community Development Department, including the Planning Division and Building Safety Division. To enhance the team, contract services will include preliminary planning review, civil engineering, building plan check review, geotechnical, coastal engineering, and environmental health review, permit issuance, and construction and building inspections. Qualified consultant firms wishing to provide only one or part of these services are welcome to do so, provided that this is clearly expressed in the proposal and reflected in the scope of services and fee schedule.
