Project Description

The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) will receive Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") for CVG Global Logistics Park - Enabling Work Design Services. Several studies of the Global Logistics Park (North Cargo Area) provided KCAB leadership with potential designs for expanding air cargo support facilities on this site on the CVG Campus. Additional analysis is needed to determine what enabling projects are needed to accommodate future air cargo buildings and support facilities. Enabling project designs will identify the needs for air cargo facilities supporting four types of carrier activity; integrated express (FedEx, UPS, etc.), freighters (Silkway, CargoLux, etc.), freight forwarders, and passenger airline "belly" cargo.
