Scope of Services
It is the intent of this solicitation to select one or more qualified bidders for the provision of limerock on an as needed basis, in accordance with the specifications noted herein, for use by Osceola County Road & Bridge Department. The County will not accept alternates in place of limerock including, but not limited to cemented coquina, shell, graded aggregate, or recycled concrete aggregate. Furthermore, Osceola County reserves the right to reject any limerock, that does not meet the specifications noted herein. No guarantee is given or implied as to the quantities that will be purchased. Bidders must bid on all lots. Only limerock delivered from FDOT certified mine(s) shall be considered.
