The City of Ocean Springs (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

FORT BAYOU AREA WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS – MANHOLE REPLACEMENT ALONG GUILFORD ROAD

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Office of the City Clerk located at 1018 Porter Avenue, Ocean Springs, MS 39564, until Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. and the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

The replacement of two manholes approximately 11 feet apart on the west side of Guilford Road.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: FORT BAYOU AREA WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS – MANHOLE REPLACEMENT ALONG GUILFORD ROAD

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated website as a plan holder. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. All bid documents must be purchased through the website. The cost of bid documents is non-refundable. Funding Requirements:

This project is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1968 (12 U.S.C. § 1701u) (“Section 3”). Section 3 requires that, to the greatest extent feasible, hiring, and contracting opportunities be afforded to low- and very low-income persons.
