Project Description: General Description: DFW International Airport Board (DFW Airport) operates one of the largest and most complex airport systems in the world, serving nearly 90 million passengers in 2024. In support of DFW Airport’s commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainability, DFW Airport has developed a strategic plan to consolidate, standardize, and optimize all landside bus services across multiple service areas, including Remote Parking, Express, Employee Shuttle, Rental Car Center, and Terminal Link services.
The goals of this effort are to create an integrated and flexible bus operations system that ensures consistent service quality, improves operational efficiency, and maximizes the use of fleet and personnel across all bus services.
Contract Term: Five (5)-year period with options to renew for two (2) additional two (2)-year periods.
Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Goal: Goal for this contract is 10 %.
Applicable Laws: This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252 and/or Government Code 2254, as applicable.
