Description: The City of Belleville will be accepting sealed bids for the replacement of deficient sanitary sewer laterals on private and/or public property in the City of Belleville. Sealed bids must be marked “2026-2027 Sanitary Sewer Lateral Repair Program” and submitted to the City Clerk's Office, City of Belleville, 101 South Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois, by 10:00am, Thursday, July 16, 2026,  after which, at 10:00am bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. The bid package  may be obtained from the Belleville City Clerk, 101 South Illinois Street, Belleville, IL 62220, Monday through  Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or online at https://www.belleville.net/bids.aspx&nbsp ; The City of Belleville reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality and to reject  any or all bids.
