Description:	SIMPCO is requesting qualifications from consulting firms to complete a planning study for approximately 950 acres of undeveloped land located near the U.S. 75 and U.S. 20 corridors. Increasing development interest within the area has highlighted the need to evaluate future transportation and sanitary & storm sewer infrastructure necessary to support anticipated residential, commercial, and light industrial development. The purpose of this study is to establish a planning framework that will guide future growth, inform infrastructure investments, and support development within the study area.
