Description: Project No.  DELTA REGIONAL AUTHORITY – AL 54893, CITY OF EUFAULA, Owner Separate sealed bids for TRIBUTE HOTEL: THE FORMER HOUSE UTILITIES PROJECT will be received by the City of Eufaula at the office of 205 E Barbour Street, Eufaula, AL 36027 until 10:30 A.M., C.S.T., Thursday, August 21, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. CST on August 11, 2025, at Eufaula City Hall.  Due to the overlapping nature of the utilities and sidewalk projects, both projects will be discussed concurrently Bidder’s attendance is not required but encouraged.
