The Battle House Tower and Van Antwerp Buildings Emergency Responder Communications RFP includes three bid items: Bid Item 1A: analysis, evaluation and concurrence with RSA Radio Coverage Testing Information. Bid Item 1B: performance design of systems. Bid Item 2: all construction to include Emergency Responder Communications installation, integration, testing and floor coring, ceiling, drywall, painting and other repair and patching required to install the systems.
