Timberlane and Roseland Watermain 2026 RFP

Meridian Township is requesting proposals for the installation of 1,684 ft of 8 inch watermain along Timberlane Street and Roseland Avenue in Meridian Township. Bids are solicited on a unit price basis.

The work involves the following major bid items: installation of 1,684 feet of 8 inch water main

Proposals shall include the furnishing of all labor, material, and some equipment to complete the project. Proposals are due Thursday, January 8, 2026, by 11:00 am. Work on the project must commence within 10 (ten) days of issuance of the “Notice To Proceed.” Construction may commence any time after April 1st, 2026, and shall be completed within 60 days of the Notice To Proceed with completion date no later than July 15th, 2026.

Completion is defined as being constructed, tested, placed in service, and the site restored.
