Scope of Services	The School Board of Seminole County (SBSC) is seeking a vendor to provide playground mulch that complies with the standards for mulch established by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and its related regulations. This playground mulch must be made of Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) chips. The wood must be non-treated CCA wood and natural in color. Prices for material shall include delivery. No additional delivery charges will be allowed. The quality of materials must be as specified herein, and the district reserves the right to refuse shipment if the standard of quality does not meet expectations. This determination of quality shall be at the sole discretion of the District’s Project Manager.
