RFA-2027-DCYF-01-COMMU: Community Based Voluntary Supports

Division for Children, Youth and Families

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Children, Youth and Families (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Applications ("Solicitation" or "RFA") from qualified Vendors to provide support, case management, and service coordination for moderate and high-risk families to strengthen family protective factors, keep children safe, and prevent the need for subsequent involvement with the Department.

Qualified Vendors must have experience with utilizing the evidence-based Motivational Interviewing model.
