Description:	Project consists of utility relocations and demolition of existing for the construction of an approximately 145,000 square foot addition to the existing Distribution Center, along with select interior renovations and associated improvements to the existing facility. Interior work includes renovations of an existing restroom, construction of a new housekeeping room, and installation of charging stations to support distribution equipment operations. The Project also includes the addition of new windows along the west elevation of the existing building.
