June 1, 2026The Denver Bond Office (“DBO”) and the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for Boettcher Concert Hall Renovation Architectural & Engineering Design Services. RFQ documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com/cityandcountyofdenverdoti .
General Statement of Work: This project will renovate and rehabilitate the existing Boettcher Concert Hall on the Denver Performing Arts Complex at 1000 14th St, Denver, CO 80202. The renovation will include critical repairs, system upgrades, and address program needs.
The Boettcher Concert Hall Project will renovate the existing facility to address building systems and finishes that have exceeded their useful life. The project scope includes upgrades to HVAC, fire protection, life safety, data, technology, stage lighting, and audiovisual systems, along with new interior finishes, seating, and acoustic improvements. Floor plan modifications will improve circulation, operational functionality, ADA compliance, and integrate an education component. Exterior improvements, including roofing and façade repairs or replacement, will be included as required. The project will also evaluate and design a pavilion expansion for patron use, along with a west-side addition intended to activate the adjacent sculpture park.
Vibrant Denver Bond Program : Approved by voters in 2025, the $950 million Vibrant Denver Bond Program is delivering 58 major projects across Denver, including libraries, parks and recreation centers, cultural facilities, affordable housing, improved streets and bridges, a family health clinic, a children’s advocacy center, and much more – without adding any new taxes. This bond program was informed by direct community input from thousands of Denverites and community leaders. The City will build the projects in this bond over six years from 2026 – 2031.

Submittals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through BidNet . Submittals are due at 2:00 p.m. on July 21, 2026 . Late submissions will not be accepted.
