This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing ceramic tile roof & related flashings. New gutters and downspouts will also be installed throughout. Several gables will get new ceramic tile siding to match the roof. Chimneys and stone parapet caps over the affected roof areas will be cleaned & sealed.
