Description: SEALED BIDS for construction of City Hall Elevator Modernization for the City of Joplin, Missouri will be received by the City of Joplin, Missouri at Joplin City Hall, 602 S. Main Street, 4th Floor Conference Room, Joplin, Missouri, 64801 until 10:00 A.M., Tues, May 27th, 2025. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the 4th Floor Conference Room at this same address. An onsite Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tues, May 6th. Meeting will start in the 1st floor City Hall lobby. This meeting is mandatory and will provide an opportunity to review the scope of work. The work to be performed consists of elevator renovations at Joplin City Hall Copies of the plans and specifications are on file and may be examined at the office of Allgeier, Martin and Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 7231 East 24th Street, Joplin, Missouri.
