Project Description: RFP 24-25-20 Housing Loan Servicing Deadline: 04/09/2025 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is requesting a detailed proposal from a company, firm, or corporation with experience in loan portfolio management, underwriting, monitoring and other loan program services for the City of Visalia's Affordable Housing Programs. It is expected that the contract awarded will be a five-year contract, effective 07/01/2025 through 06/30/2030. Approximately 10 to 20 new loans are provided per year.
