Project Description: HVAC Bid: Deadline June 18, 2026

The City of Somerset Water Service extends the invitation to bid for the labor and materials for replacing 2 HVAC package units, located on the rooftop of the raw water intake structure. The model number of the existing units is TCD120C40AAB, and the new replacement units shall remain TRANE. It is the bidder’s responsibility to arrange and schedule a helicopter service to lift the units to and from the rooftop. The existing lightning protection shall be replaced as is.

Vernon Street, in the council chambers. The Somerset Water Service reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all bids.
