ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson Avenue,

Pocatello, Idaho 83201 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 for DPW Project 25130

Campus Wide HVAC System Controls Upgrade, College of Eastern Idaho, Idaho Falls, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include The contractor shall provide

design/build services to upgrade and extend the existing Direct Digital Control system (DDC) to provide a

complete HVAC Controls system to: Base Bid: Provide Campus Wide Central System Upgrade to

Accommodate New Direct Digital Controls on the Following: Building #2, Technical Building, Building #3 –

Christofferson Building.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m., prevailing local

time, at the John E. Christofferson (Building #3), 1600 S 25th E., Idaho Falls, Idaho 83404. Bidders

are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and

electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may

obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $90,000
